Through the past three decades, my friend, Elaine Aron, has taught us that people with finely tuned nervous systems and brains, like ours, need only five simple things to thrive in this world. I call them The HSP Five to Thrive. You know my mantra about this: It’s simple but not easy.

What makes the Five to Thrive easier? I have identified three techniques for gaining mastery over the Five to Thrive, and hence redesigning your life. Here they are:

     1. Faculty (guides and mentors) – maybe Alane, but you need a few
     2. Rhythm and routine – a ritual of practice
     3. Cohort – like minded people working alongside you

Are You Highly Sensitive is my pride and joy because it weaves these three components into a beautiful tapestry of growth. I work tirelessly to create a comprehensive curriculum that is designed to make the HSP Five to Thrive attainable for all sensitive people. In fact, I aspire to make you an expert at it.

I will guide you in many ways. I have a powerful array of tools in my toolbox to share with you. If I don’t know the answer, and one exists, I will find it for you. I don’t think I know it all, but I do know I have great resources and a huge willing heart.
