What Do HSPs Appreciate about Being Highly Sensitive?
As we kick off the HSP Life Re-Design course with The Shift Network, students are re-writing the story of their lives as highly sensitive people. Part of the re-writing and re-design comes from a focus on the positive. As humans, we often find ourselves thinking more about the challenges. It is a good strategy since it helps motivate us to create change for the better. But, HSPs who want to re-set, re-create, re-write, and re-design their lives benefit from a conscious focus on the positive like we are doing in the course.
If you wish you could join us, it’s not too late. Every session is recorded (video, audio, and transcript) so you can definitely catch up. New students are welcome until September 27th, and if you start by the 20th, you can even still register for continuing education. Here is the link to find out more (just in case).
Remember, there are as many ways to be highly sensitive as there are highly sensitive people in the world (potentially almost two billion!) We are unique and diverse within our trait–evenly spread across gender and ethnicity, 70% introvert and 30% extrovert, and complex in our combinations of temperaments.
